As a Senior Ethics Compliance Specialist, you will play a critical role in promoting a positive work culture by upholding our corporate values, providing timely and reliable business conduct advice, investigating allegations of misconduct, and training/counseling employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies, procedures, and applicable laws and regulations.
  • Conduct and coordinate complex investigations of suspected misconduct.
  • Recommend appropriate actions and processes to address/prevent misconduct.
  • Administer employee reporting mechanisms.
  • Provide timely and reliable Business Conduct Advice.
  • Coordinate the development and delivery of relevant training programs related to business ethics.
  • Develop innovative employee communication, training, and program advertising initiatives.
  • Develop and distribute decision aids to facilitate appropriate decision-making.
  • Lead others by example in upholding the corporate values.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Conduct audits to ensure compliance.
  • Maintain appropriate documentation.
  • Conduct various employee input/communication activities (round-table discussions, surveys, focus groups, etc.).
  • Monitor metrics to assess program performance.
  • Provide reports related to allegations, investigations, and program results.
  • Analyze data to determine trends and patterns requiring attention.
  • Conduct research of emerging trends within the profession.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5 years of ethics and compliance experience, including at least 2 years of experience in conducting audits or investigations.
  • Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP), Leadership Professional in Ethics & Compliance (LPEC), or Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) is preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience conducting investigations in aerospace, automotive, or other manufacturing industries.
