Job Description:

  • Provide healthcare advice and support over the phone to patients and their families
  • Assess patient health concerns and symptoms
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families
  • Triaging patient calls and determining the urgency of their health concerns
  • Referring patients to appropriate healthcare providers or emergency services if necessary

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in nursing, excellent communication skills, and experience in patient triage and assessment. You should also be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, and have strong problem-solving skills.
