3. Client Overview

We are collaborating with a prominent technology firm located in Redmond, Washington.

4. Key Duties

Responsibilities include:

Providing comprehensive administrative support to a team of attorneys.

Managing calendars and coordinating travel arrangements.

Reconciling and submitting expense reports, as well as managing continuing legal education submissions.

Organizing team morale events, including planning, execution, and budget oversight.

Acquiring necessary goods and services, such as office supplies and equipment.

Initiating new matters and updating budgets in the designated online system.

Ensuring the confidentiality of sensitive materials and information.

Serving as a secondary support to the Business Manager.

5. Qualifications for Success

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

A Bachelor’s Degree is mandatory.
