Guest Services Representative

The Guest Services Team at ASM Global is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our patrons, employees, and assets. We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Guest Services Representative.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to security and safety calls in a timely manner.
• Patrol facilities and parking lots, search guest bags, prevent prohibited items from entering the facility, investigate incidents, and screen guests with metal detectors, wands, and pat-down procedures.
• Interact with guests, vendors, and employees in a courteous and professional manner, and comply with all legal and ethical instructions given by the Guest Services team.
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• A minimum of 0-1 years of related work experience.
• Ability to maintain good business relations with all departments and staff.
• Ability to communicate positively with patrons while relaying information.
• Ability to be maintain a cooperative and approachable attitude with guests and staff.
• Ability to effectively perform in crises and work under pressure without the loss of composure.
• Ability to exhibit maturity by making sound judgments.
• Ability to memorize, recollect, and quickly retrieve relevant information.
• Ability to interact effectively and calmly with angry or emotional patrons and employees during intensely aggravated circumstances and attempt to diffuse the situation.
• Ability to participate in all departmental and company-wide meetings.
• Ability to maintain patron, employee, and company confidentiality.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Understanding of written and spoken English.

Tasks are performed with moderate supervision. Walking and standing occur 90% of the time. Talking, hearing, walking, running, and vision activities occur continuously.
