Key Responsibilities:
- Lead by example, demonstrating exceptional leadership skills and a strong work ethic
- Maintain a high level of awareness and concern for food quality and safety, adhering to strict health and safety protocols
- Effectively manage multiple priorities and demands, adapting to changing circumstances with ease
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field; Associate's degree with relevant experience considered
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Assistant Manager with some profit and loss (P&L) responsibility
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate in English
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to lift and carry up to 65 pounds
- Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including evenings and weekends
