Sales and Relationship Builder for Electronic Interconnect Systems

We seek a Regional Sales Manager for our Florida territory to join a dynamic team changing the way electronic interconnect systems are sold. As part of our team, you will contribute to projects that save lives and make the world a better place.
Key qualifications include:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 5+ years in high-mix, low-volume manufacturing
- Connector, cable, wire, and/or harness experience is essential
- Success in developing relationships with various customers and identifying opportunities to solve problems using our unique product portfolio
- Ability to work collaboratively with product categories to create a balanced portfolio of opportunities
- Track record connecting with engineers and effectively closing new business opportunities

Your responsibilities will include:
- Connecting customer engineers with Winchester engineers to facilitate problem-solving
- Creating new business opportunities to ensure a sufficient pipeline
- Achieving new business wins goals with opportunities balanced across our product portfolio
- Increasing cross-selling within our technology divisions
- Being a champion of the Winchester culture
You will collaborate with customers, drive business development, and work with marketing and sales operations teams.
