Solar Sales Manager Job Description

ProSolar Systems Caribbean is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solar Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for leading the sales efforts in the Caribbean region.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong background in solar sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, and providing excellent customer service to clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Manage a team of sales representatives to ensure high levels of productivity and performance
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients to build strong relationships and increase sales
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to identify new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in solar sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in managing a team of sales representatives
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments
Salary and Benefits
