Tre Dita, a leading culinary-driven company, is seeking a skilled Restaurant Beverage Manager to lead our beverage program and drive sales growth. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive beverage strategy that aligns with our company's vision and goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Beverage Program: Manage all beverage inventories, cost-outs, and pricing updates, working closely with the senior bar manager and sommelier to ensure a seamless beverage experience.
  • Operational Excellence: Lead pre-shift meetings, participate in line, temperature, and cooler checks, and oversee all closing manager duties, including counting down the safe and reviewing labor sheets.
  • Team Leadership: Provide guidance and leadership to hourly and management teams, fostering a Culture of Caring and promoting teamwork across all teams.
  • Guest Experience: Respond immediately and effectively to guest and employee needs and feedback, ensuring an exceptional guest experience.
  • Business Growth: Assist the General Manager in managing costs, driving sales, and growing the business in support of financial goals.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of restaurant management experience
  • Skilled in developing guest rapport and leading teams
