Job Title: Behavioral Health Consultant

Job Summary:

Central Ozarks Medical Center is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Behavioral Health Consultant to join our team. As a Behavioral Health Consultant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality behavioral health services to our patients, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and excellent patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans for patients with mental health and substance use disorders
  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions to patients
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and coordination of services
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care and treatment plans
  • Document patient progress and treatment plans in our electronic health record system

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field
  • Missouri licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
  • At least 3 years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably in a behavioral health setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
