Job Description:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in West Richland, WA. The ideal candidate will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide quality behavior intervention services to individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. This role requires a commitment to improving the lives of our clients through evidence-based behavioral practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement individualized treatment plans developed by the BCBA.
  • Provide one-on-one support to clients in various settings, including home, school, and community.
  • Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors to monitor effectiveness of interventions.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of behavior intervention strategies.
  • Collaborate with families and other team members to ensure continuity of care and support.
  • Participate in training and supervision sessions with the BCBA to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Maintain a positive and engaging learning environment for clients.
Qualifications:
  • Current RBT certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
  • Experience working with children or individuals with special needs is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping individuals achieve their goals.
