Qualifications:

• Exceptional hospitality skills, with a keen awareness of the needs of aging adults and their families.
• A strong dedication to making a positive impact in the lives of those we serve daily.
• Proven ability to establish meaningful connections with residents, team members, and families to enhance satisfaction and increase community engagement.
• Proficient in effective and diplomatic communication with diverse groups, including employees, residents, families, ownership, community organizations, and government entities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Key Responsibilities:
• Cultivate a positive culture within the community, reinforcing our core values through effective communication and modeling servant leadership behaviors.
• Establish meaningful connections with all residents, ensuring they experience Safety, Belonging, Anticipation, and Peace of Mind.
• Oversee the financial health of the community.
• Lead and support other functional leaders within the community.
• Assist in hiring, training, performance management, and separations as necessary.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with residents and their families.
• Facilitate the sales process to convert prospective residents into actual residents, fostering strong relationships with sales partners.
• Oversee lease signings and ensure a smooth transition for new residents, collaborating with various departments to meet resident needs.
• Conduct monthly Resident Forums to address concerns and gather feedback.
• Lead daily meetings to discuss community-related issues and concerns.
• Collaborate with functional leaders to resolve community concerns at the local level.
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations.
• Prepare for and participate in regulatory compliance surveys.
• Ensure timely completion of all safety protocols.
• Provide on-site emergency support as needed.
• Occasional travel may be required.
• May require participation in Real Estate classes and obtaining licensure.
• Support other departmental functions to meet staffing needs.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
Working Conditions:
This role requires standing for extended periods. The employee must effectively communicate with others, sit, stand, walk, and use hands for various tasks.
Occasional lifting or moving of up to 25 pounds may be necessary. The work environment demands appropriate interaction with others, with a moderate noise level. Some travel to different locations may be required.
