Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • CNA and First Aid certification preferred
  • 0-2 years of previous work experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to read and interpret general directives
  • Ability to respond to questions and concerns from residents, employees, and visitors
  • Ability to maintain a high level of customer service and hospitality
Physical Demands:

This role requires the ability to sit, stand, walk, use hands to handle and feel, reach with hands and arms, talk, and hear. Occasional requirements for crouching and lifting items weighing up to 50lbs may be necessary. The employee's specific vision abilities should encompass the capacity to see both near and far distances.
