King's Insurance Staffing is seeking a highly skilled Auto Liability Claims Supervisor to join our team in Georgia. As a key member of our claims operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of Auto Liability Claims Examiners handling moderate to complex Liability and Physical Damage claims from inception to close.
Key Responsibilities- Claims Supervision: Ensure the delivery of timely and efficient claims service through the daily supervision of the Auto Liability Examiners, including managing and developing claims staff, training, approving reserves/settlements above examiners authority, and performance reviews.
- Technical Guidance: Provide technical guidance to staff on claim investigation, reserving evaluation, and resolution of claims.
- Performance Management: Review individual Examiner's work product and performance, provide individual Examiner coaching and career development direction, and deliver timely performance management feedback and reviews to claims staff.
- Vendor Management: Effectively control the use, work product, and expenses of outside vendors.
- Business Development: Develop and maintain strong business relationships with internal and external customers.
- 5+ years of liability claims handling experience.
- 1-3+ years of Supervisor or Team Lead experience strongly desired.
- Active Adjuster's License.
- Excellent Customer Service and Organizational skills.
- College Degree highly preferred.
- $80,000 to $100,000+ annually (Depending on Experience) + Annual Bonus.
