Award-Winning Production Supervisor Opportunity in Arlington

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Supervisor to join our team in Arlington. This is a permanent position based out of our production facility.

About the Role:
  • Oversee daily operations and drive results through effective resource management and safe operating procedures.
  • Ensure production meets quality guidelines and is cost-effective.
  • Liaise with departments to uphold company policies and goals.
  • Supervise and motivate a team of workers to achieve excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage production processes from raw materials to finished goods.
  2. Identify training needs and provide proper training for employees.
  3. Lead by example, promoting a workplace culture that engages and motivates associates.
  4. Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulations.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of leadership experience in food manufacturing.
  • Proven ability to direct, coach, and develop a team of 20 associates daily.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with ADP and ERP systems.
