Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate the resolution of production-related challenges across various departments.
  • Conduct on-site evaluations and audits of supplier processes.
  • Continuously monitor and assess quality indicators, driving enhancements within an automotive framework.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to guarantee the quality of incoming components.
  • Execute tasks associated with the successful completion of Initial Sample Inspection Reports (ISIR).
  • Develop comprehensive plans, reports, and timelines for the Quality Assurance Division.
  • Engage effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Implement and uphold all relevant policies and standards.
The aforementioned duties represent the typical responsibilities associated with this role and illustrate a level of complexity; they are not intended to encompass all tasks that may be assigned to a team member in this classification.

Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline, coupled with two to five years of experience in supplier quality engineering within a manufacturing context, ideally in the automotive industry, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Demonstrated self-management, organizational, and planning capabilities.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime, holidays, and weekends as necessary.
  • Capability to travel both domestically and internationally.
  • Strong analytical problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in managing multiple tasks with competing priorities within set timeframes.
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion in making company decisions and executing essential job functions that influence operational efficiency and adherence to policies and practices.
