Electrical Engineer II Job Description

Veracity is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer II to join our team. As an Electrical Engineer II, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Rod Mill facility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the efficient operation of electrical systems and equipment.
  • Conduct regular assessments and inspections to identify potential maintenance needs or areas for improvement.
  • Utilize analytical skills to troubleshoot electrical failures and implement effective corrective measures.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance strategies to enhance equipment reliability and extend operational lifetimes.
  • Analyze electrical performance data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for efficiency improvements and energy savings.
  • Participate in the design and implementation of new electrical systems, installations, and modifications, ensuring alignment with safety standards.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of electrical maintenance activities, modifications, and repairs for regulatory compliance and informed decision-making.
  • Stay current with industry trends and advancements in electrical engineering to propose innovative solutions and drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with diverse teams to communicate technical information, provide expertise, and contribute to a collaborative work environment.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably with Siemens and Rockwell.
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication and technical skills.
