As a Patient Services Coordinator, you will play a vital role in enhancing the patient journey by delivering exceptional customer service to all clients and healthcare providers through both telephonic and face-to-face interactions.
This role also involves the organization and management of appointments and necessary documentation to ensure the efficient operation of the healthcare setting and to support the provision of high-quality patient care.
Work ScheduleThis is a full-time position, requiring 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, at our designated office location.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- A minimum of 2 years of recent administrative or clerical experience
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service
- Experience in a healthcare environment is preferred
- Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) is advantageous
- Experience handling multi-line phone systems
- Proficient in computer applications, including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Strong problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
