About the Role
- As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in delivering excellent service and creating a positive impression of our boutique hotel.
- You will be responsible for greeting and welcoming guests with a friendly and professional demeanor, checking them in and out of the hotel, and ensuring accuracy of information and resolving any issues or concerns promptly.
- You will provide information to guests about hotel amenities, local attractions, and directions, and create and maintain guest reservations accurately and efficiently.
- You will handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with a positive and professional attitude, and maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- You will collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest needs are met, and assist with other administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and basic office software.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
- Positive and friendly attitude with a passion for providing excellent service.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
