Edwards Auto Group is seeking a motivated Call Center Customer Service Representative to enhance our service department's operations. In this role, you will manage all incoming inquiries through phone and online channels, identify potential service opportunities, schedule appointments, and serve as the initial contact for our clientele.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with a rotating Saturday.
Compensation: Starting at $19.00 per hour, plus bonuses and benefits.
Key Responsibilities- Responding to incoming calls and online requests.
- Documenting customer information and feedback in our system.
- Coordinating appointments and following up with customers who miss their scheduled times.
- Keeping updated knowledge of our products and services.
- Complying with all company policies and procedures.
- Maintaining communication with customers to ensure satisfaction with our services.
- Informing potential customers about ongoing promotions.
- Assisting with various additional tasks within the dealership.
- Prior experience in a call center environment.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Professional demeanor and a solid work ethic.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Proven customer service excellence.
