Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Territory Sales Manager to join our team at See It Right Here. This exciting opportunity will allow you to utilize your skills and experience to drive growth and success in the HVAC & Plumbing Parts & Equipment industry.

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for satisfying the parts needs of our clients, working closely with colleagues to achieve overall business success. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role

The HVAC & Plumbing Parts Territory Manager will be accountable for ensuring all parts requests are met promptly through effective communication with manufacturers, account managers, and clients. You will also be responsible for efficiently fielding questions and requests from various sources, prioritizing responses to maximize the effectiveness of the sales department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source quality parts using best-of-breed pricing strategies and negotiate replacement part price points from original and alternative sources.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and annual quotas by delivering results focused on customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in planning and implementing promotional activities to grow the parts department and support revenue growth.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • An Associate's Degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.
  • 2-4 years of related industry work experience.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, creativity, and the ability to implement ideas quickly and effectively.
  • Sound customer service skills, including the ability to help customers resolve product/part issues.
