Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our team at Element Solutions Inc. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing existing customer relationships and growing our aluminum surface treatment business in North America.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, marketing, or a related field, with a proven track record of success in account management and business development. They will be able to effectively communicate with customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions to drive growth and revenue.

In this role, you will work closely with the Global Business Director and North American Business Development Director to develop and implement sales strategies that meet and exceed business objectives. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
