SalaryWe offer a competitive commission structure, with first-time agents able to earn up to $75-150K per year. In addition, we provide up to $7,000 cash bonuses and an all-expense-paid trip worth $8k based on sales in the first 90 days.**Estimated Annual Salary:** $83,500 - $163,500
Job DescriptionAs a Senior Insurance Sales Representative at The Pappas Agency, you will be responsible for selling life and health insurance products to clients. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to build rapport with clients and understand their insurance needs.- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly sales targets
- BUILD strong relationships with clients and identify new business opportunities
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice to clients
- A laptop/computer with a video camera, high-speed internet, smart phone, and an insurance license (we can help you obtain one if you're accepted)
