Guest Services Valet

We are in search of dedicated Valet/Guest Service Professionals to deliver exceptional hospitality to patrons at our esteemed facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Warmly welcome guests upon arrival and departure.
  • Efficiently park and retrieve vehicles.
  • Open doors and assist guests with inquiries and directions.
  • Exhibit a friendly and professional demeanor at all times.
  • Ensure that all guest interactions are memorable and distinctive.
  • Adhere to all company uniform and appearance standards.
  • Actively engage with guests within 30 seconds of their arrival.
  • Safeguard all vehicle keys immediately.
  • Maintain a proactive approach to service, including quick retrieval of vehicles.
  • Drive cautiously when presenting vehicles to guests.

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Minimum age of 18 years.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license.
  • Successful completion of a pre-employment background screening.
  • Ability to operate a manual transmission vehicle.
  • Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing Standard English.
  • Capability to comprehend simple instructions.
  • Must be able to stand for the duration of the shift.
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, run, and use hands effectively.
  • Visual acuity for close, distance, and peripheral vision.
