Job Title: Human Resources Director

Ministry HR Group is seeking a seasoned Human Resources Director to lead our HR department and drive strategic initiatives that align with our organization's mission and values.

Job Summary:

The Human Resources Director will be responsible for developing and implementing HR programs, policies, and procedures that support the organization's goals and objectives. This includes talent management, employee engagement, benefits administration, and compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the organization's mission and goals.
  • Lead the HR department and manage a team of HR professionals.
  • Design and implement employee engagement initiatives to improve morale and productivity.
  • Develop and manage benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to understand organizational goals and objectives.
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify trends and best practices in HR.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of HR management experience, preferably in a non-profit organization.
  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification highly desired.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
Work Environment:

This is a full-time position that requires working in a medical clinic and retail office environment. The successful candidate will be able to lift up to 15 pounds and access all areas of the organization's facilities.
