Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain high standards of nursing practice and ensure compliance with licensure requirements and the Nurse Practice Act.
- Oversee and direct nursing staff to provide exceptional resident care, adhering to standard nursing practices and infection control procedures.
- Participate in resident assessments and develop care plans that meet individual needs.
- Collaborate with the Director of Assisted Living and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Conduct employee conferences, counseling, and evaluations to promote a positive work environment.

Requirements:
- Current, valid licensure as an RN in the State of Texas.
- 2+ years' experience in assisted living settings, providing care to geriatric-age patients.
- Management/Supervisory experience required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with excellent written and verbal abilities.
