Therapist III

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Therapist III to join our team at Samaritan Behavioral Health In. As a Therapist III, you will play a vital role in providing outcome-effective treatment services to children, adolescents, adults, and families in various settings.

• Assist in the planning, development, and delivery of treatment services
• Provide on-site and off-site clinical case coordination, intervention, consultation, and educational services
• Collaborate with referral sources, internal team members, and external educational and service providers to ensure appropriate patient care and continuity of care
• Document all clinical services accurately and according to departmental standards
• Seek medical provider consultations regarding clinical needs of patients and maintain ongoing communication with medical providers
• Ensure strong customer satisfaction skills in the provision of clinical care services
• Comply with agency standards for administration and reporting of outcome measures and documentation of utilization management of clinical care

• Master's degree in a relevant social science field
• Licensed in the state of Ohio as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) or Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) or Independently Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (IMFT)
• Training and experience in the types of services provided by the team, with age-appropriate competency, using the Diagnostic and Statistical manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-5 or subsequent revisions)
