Key Responsibilities of the Property Leasing Specialist:- Annual Compensation: $45,000 to $50,000, with an additional $3,000 yearly bonus.

- Associate degree in business or a related discipline.
- 3-5 years of experience in administrative or property management roles.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat.
- Previous experience in retail property management is preferred.
