Job Summary:This is a full-time position that requires a strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1.5 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a direct bedside patient care setting, with a focus on behavioral health. A strong knowledge of psychiatric disorders, treatments, and medications is essential for this role.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care and support in a behavioral health setting
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
- Associate degree in Nursing or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (preferred)
- Minimum 1.5 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a direct bedside patient care setting
- Experience in a behavioral health facility
- Strong knowledge of psychiatric disorders, treatments, and medications
- Valid licensure in the State of Georgia or multi-state/compact RN license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
