About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join our team at Brooksource. As a Scrum Master, you will play a key role in facilitating our Agile teams and ensuring they have the necessary tools and support to deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate Agile Ceremonies: Organize and lead Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, iteration planning, and retrospectives.
  • Remove Impediments: Identify and remove impediments that hinder the team's progress and ability to deliver results.
  • Coach and Mentor: Coach and mentor team members to improve their Agile skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Collaborate with stakeholders, including product owners and other Scrum Masters, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Monitor and Report Progress: Monitor and report progress to stakeholders, including team velocity, iteration goals, and overall project status.

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach
  • Strong knowledge of Agile principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
