Job Description:

The Project Success Coordinator is an agile role at the agency serving the support needs of project management, account management, and quality assurance.

The Project Success Coordinator is a central player at W.Bradford, requiring the highest attention to detail, the ability to pivot and prioritize based on the day's production needs, the judgment to discern and drive hierarchy of tasks, and interact calmly and professionally with clients and the agency's internal team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and update timelines, monitor and facilitate task completion, provide project and team metrics to the executive team, and translate client feedback into actionable direction for production team members.
  • Serve as project manager for the agency's video, render, and animation capabilities, create production schedules, research shoots, talent, travel, etc.
  • Master an understanding of project scopes and project needs, conduct initial reviews of all deliverables for scope, quality, and budget adherence, facilitate reviews with department heads and the executive team, and develop processes to drive efficiency, profitability, and speed of production.
  • Document processes for common or new capabilities for team reference, account communication and coordination, interface with clients as needed to assure quality, professionalism, and seamless workflows, and serve as lead notetaker for client-facing calls to cascade learnings to projects.
  • Communicate with internal vendors and manage task delegation, executive tasks to support the CEO and general manager, and support the CEO and general manager with corporate initiative needs, coordination, and execution support as needed.
Requirements:
  • This is an in-person position, and the Project Success Coordinator will work out of W.Bradford offices in downtown Cincinnati.
  • Two remote days are provided each week, but the core of the agency's work happens onsite.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, management, or related disciplines is preferred.
  • Must have agency or agency-equivalent environment experience.
