Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide expert customer service to clients, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Print Production: Manage print production and mail services, including packing and shipping, receiving packages, and ensuring on-time delivery.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate high-quality print devices, including copiers, binding equipment, laminators, and other equipment.
  • Logistics and Supply Management: Manage the logistics of small to medium projects, maintain supply inventory, and distribute supplies as required.
  • Reporting and Data Management: Maintain reporting logs and information for billing, and update databases as needed.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless production flow and meet client expectations.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent/GED
  • Experience: One year of customer service experience required (more preferred)
  • Skills: Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, knowledge of printing concepts, good communication and people skills, strong analytical and math skills, highly organized and detail-oriented, good project and time management skills.

Working Conditions:

The Account Associate will work in a fast-paced office environment, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and collaboratively, with a high energy level and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
