Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Providence facility and provide strategic oversight for other office locations. The ideal candidate will ensure a safe, efficient, and productive work environment, manage inventory, and coordinate with external contractors and vendors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the Providence facility, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Maintain inventory of office supplies and equipment, ensuring timely restocking and procurement.
  • Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for facility repairs, renovations, and maintenance projects.
  • Implement and maintain security protocols and procedures, including access control systems and emergency response plans.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in facility management.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and facility management software.
  • Availability for occasional travel to other office locations as needed.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 to $80,000, 10% target bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, and mental health benefits.
