Environmental Engineering Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Environmental Engineering Project Manager to join our team in Richmond, VA. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to lead and execute projects, mentor junior staff, and develop project pursuits and opportunities.
Job Description:- Demonstrate exceptional professionalism, customer service, work ethic, and a positive spirit among office employees.
- Manage, supervise, and oversee engineering projects, working collaboratively with other professional staff.
- Take an active role in project design, permitting, document preparation, budget management, and timeline execution.
- Serve as a technical resource for the project team and office staff, ensuring compliance with engineering design, applicable permits, constructability, industry standards, completeness, and presentation.
- Develop business relationships and clients locally.
- Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and deadlines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects.
- Develop and implement effective project management strategies.
- Mentor and guide junior staff members.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in environmental engineering project management.
- State Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.).
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and hydraulic modeling software (e.g., Hydraflow, HEC-RAS).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
