The Role:

The Phlebotomist plays a crucial role in executing all facets of clinical trials, engaging directly with patients, and ensuring that all trial activities adhere to the established clinical trial protocol. In this position, you will be tasked with performing duties in accordance with the clinical trial protocol, ICON Early Phase Services Standard Operating Procedures, FDA regulations, ICH Good Clinical Practice, and employing appropriate source documentation methods. You will also participate in clinical trial meetings and training sessions as required by the study protocols.

Qualifications for Success:

  • A minimum of one year of experience in clinical research or related fields.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent, complemented by medical assistant training/certification or other relevant allied health certification.
  • Experience as a Medical Assistant, Phlebotomy Technician, Paramedic, EMT, LVN, or RN, preferably with two years of experience.
  • Current job-related competencies, certifications, and/or licensure must be maintained.
