Job Summary:
Proclinical Staffing is seeking a skilled Pharmaceutical Development Associate to join our team in a contract position. As a key member of our analytical and pharmaceutical team, you will be responsible for executing development studies for drug candidates and commercial products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute development studies for drug candidates and commercial products, ensuring timely and accurate results.
- Support tech transfer activities for internal manufacturing and contract manufacturing sites, ensuring seamless integration and compliance.
- Prepare and deliver internal technical reports and presentations on executed studies, effectively communicating results to stakeholders.
- Participate in department meetings and other technical and team-building activities, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biophysics, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of protein chemistry, chemistry, or biochemistry, with hands-on experience with instrumentation used in protein pharmaceutical and analytical development.
- Knowledge of cGMP and quality guidelines, with experience in biotherapeutics development and understanding of biotechnology product life cycles and factors impacting protein molecule stability.
Compensation:
- $30 to $36 per hour
