Chief Perfusionist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and board-certified perfusionist to lead our cardiac team in Tuscaloosa, AL. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our heart program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a 2-member perfusion team in a 2-surgeon account
  • Collaborate with a skilled and easy-to-work-with chief of cardiac surgery
  • Participate in clinical decisions with a team approach
  • Adapt to a challenging clinical environment
  • Communicate effectively with the team and patients

Requirements:

  • Board certification (ABCP) or eligibility
  • Graduation from an accredited American perfusion program
  • Ability to relocate to Tuscaloosa, AL or the surrounding area

Compensation:

$130,000-$170,000+ per year based on skills, experience, and possible bonus opportunities
