Chief Perfusionist Opportunity

Epic Cardiovascular Staffing is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Chief Perfusionist to join our team in Tuscaloosa, AL.

About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and certified perfusionist to lead our cardiovascular team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in perfusion and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead a team of perfusionists in a fast-paced cardiovascular environment.
  2. Collaborate with surgeons and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care.
  3. Develop and implement evidence-based perfusion practices.
  4. Participate in clinical decision-making and troubleshooting.
  5. Stay up-to-date with the latest perfusion techniques and technologies.

Requirements:

  • Board Certification (ABCP) or eligibility.
  • Graduation from an accredited American perfusion program.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a challenging clinical environment.

Estimated Compensation Range:
