Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a subject matter expert to define and assess operational needs, delivering technical specifications to fulfill customer requirements for innovative equipment and methodologies related to radar, electronic countermeasures (ECM), and communication signals.
  • Provide high-level guidance and leadership to a mission support team overseeing projects primarily focused on signal operations. Manage the development, deployment, collection, documentation, and evaluation of both new and previously unexploited signal data.
  • Offer analytical and operational assistance for unique tactical and strategic intelligence communication systems. Contribute to various analytical outputs, including operational scenarios, deployment strategies, site evaluations, and vulnerability assessments.
  • Identify mission vulnerabilities through comprehensive analysis of complex system integration requirements, creating multiple scenarios to address potential threats. Conduct mission planning and resource projections to counter identified risks.
  • Prepare in-depth studies, reports, and presentations.
  • Develop documentation to support objectives aligned with external agencies and command structures.
  • Draft and review Memorandum of Agreements (MOAs).
  • Translate analytical findings into effective presentations.
  • Deliver briefings to senior officials and counterparts from various organizations.
  • Evaluate the operational availability of strategic and tactical intelligence communication assets, generating reports that provide a clear assessment of system availability.
  • Maintain mission status for assigned tactical and strategic systems.
  • Support V2X TROJAN systems on-site as required.
  • Ability to navigate confined spaces and lift up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Business, History, Political Science, Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or twelve (12) years of equivalent technical experience with TROJAN communication systems.
  • Experience working at higher-level staff positions, preferably at the Division level or equivalent.
  • Ability to navigate confined spaces and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Proven experience at higher-level staff positions; ability to research, analyze, and propose solutions to complex issues.
  • In-depth knowledge of TROJAN system principles, methodologies, and their application in military operations.
  • Familiarity with emerging intelligence products, including wireless and cellular communications.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interface and represent the organization with senior officials and counterparts.
  • Knowledge of methods for exploiting foreign military communications and non-communications.
  • Understanding of tactical and strategic organizations equipped with TROJAN systems, their missions, and functions.
  • Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
  • Proficient in delivering briefings.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen with a Final Top-Secret Clearance based on a TIER 5 Background Investigation, and favorable eligibility for access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) in accordance with ICD 704. Some positions may require a Counterintelligence (CI) Scope Polygraph.
