Plumbing Field Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Plumbing Field Supervisor to lead our team of field technicians. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our technicians are equipped with the tools and knowledge they need to succeed.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plumbing and HVAC, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills. You will be responsible for supervising a team of field technicians, evaluating their performance, and providing coaching and training as needed.
You will also work closely with our Service Manager to interview, hire, and train new technicians, as well as to develop and implement training programs to ensure that our technicians are up-to-date on the latest technologies and techniques.
In addition, you will be responsible for creating and executing new hire orientation programs, conducting regular ride-alongs with technicians to assess their performance and provide feedback, and maintaining accurate records of technician performance and customer feedback.

Key Responsibilities:
