Healthcare Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Care Manager RN to join our team at NewYork-Presbyterian/Weill Cornell Medical Center.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, managing complex cases and serving as a liaison between acute care and critical care teams. As a Care Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring continuity of care for our patients and their families.
Key responsibilities include:
- Directing all aspects of inpatient care to ensure optimal length of stay;
- Anticipating outpatient service needs and setting appointments prior to discharge;
- Managing multiple priorities and tasks with ease and efficiency.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 2 years' of experience in case management or care coordination, preferably in an inpatient setting;
- 1 year of leadership experience in a healthcare setting;
- A Master's Degree in a healthcare-related field;
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) and current NYS Registered Nurse (RN) licensure;
- 3-5 years of experience in an acute care setting;
- Strong communication, problem-solving, business acumen, and interpersonal skills.
