Job Summary: As an Aerial Medical Response Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of skilled professionals in providing emergency medical services via air transportation. This role involves coordinating flight operations, ensuring compliance with Federal Aviation Regulations and Air Evac EMS Operations Manual, and making strategic decisions to ensure timely and effective delivery of medical care.

Responsibilities:
* Coordinate flight operations to ensure timely and effective delivery of medical care
* Ensure compliance with Federal Aviation Regulations and Air Evac EMS Operations Manual
* Lead a team of skilled professionals in providing emergency medical services via air transportation
* Make strategic decisions to ensure timely and effective delivery of medical care

Requirements: To be successful as an Aerial Medical Response Team Leader, you will need to have:
* Proven leadership and management skills
* Strong knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations and Air Evac EMS Operations Manual
* Ability to make strategic decisions in high-pressure situations
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Salary: The estimated salary for this position is between $83,640 and $92,004 per year, depending on experience, plus a 2% to 30% geographic modifier based on assigned location. Additionally, you may be eligible for a $15,000 sign-on bonus and a $40,000 retention bonus after 3 years.
