Job Description: As a Helicopter Pilot and Instructor, you will be responsible for ensuring all operations involving Company aircraft are in compliance with Federal Aviation Regulations and Air Evac EMS Operations Manual. This role involves operating the aircraft in a safe and efficient manner, monitoring forecast changes and current weather situations, and conducting preflight checks prior to starting shift or accepting transports.

Responsibilities:

* Provide instruction to new pilots on aircraft operation and safety procedures

Qualifications: To be successful as a Helicopter Pilot and Instructor, you will need to have:
* 2000 hours of total flight time (no conversion factor applied)
* 1500 hours of helicopter time
* 1000 hours of helicopter pilot-in-command time
* 500 hours of turbine experience
* Previous HAA experience or equivalent helpful
* FAA Rotorcraft-Helicopter Commercial Certificate
* FAA Rotorcraft-Helicopter Instrument Rating
* FAA Class II Medical Certificate or better

Estimated Salary: The estimated salary for this position is between $83,640 and $92,004 per year, depending on experience, plus a 2% to 30% geographic modifier based on assigned location. Additionally, you may be eligible for a $15,000 sign-on bonus and a $40,000 retention bonus after 3 years.
