Job Title: Senior Project Manager

Job Summary:

Paladin Technologies is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee complex projects in the low voltage industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, security integration, or field experience, with a minimum of 8 years of experience in the low voltage industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex projects from initiation to close-out, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Analyze project data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and resource allocation to meet project objectives.
  • Ensure accurate and timely project documentation, including meeting minutes, project status reports, and close-out reports.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in the low voltage industry, with 6 years of experience in project management, security integration, or field experience.
  • Associate's degree (2-year) or higher.
  • PMI certification preferred.
  • Additional industry certifications (AVIXA or BICSI) preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in the low voltage industry, with 8 years of experience in project management, security integration, or field experience.
  • Master's degree (4-year) or higher.
  • PMI certification.

Working Conditions:

  • Primarily office-based with occasional travel to project sites.
  • Must be able to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams and clients.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
