  • Process Improvement: Identify and lead projects to improve processes, streamlining operations and increasing efficiency.
  • Analytics and Performance: Participate in daily management using analytics, monitoring performance and making data-driven decisions.

Position Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 5+ years of ESP system experience.
  • Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with VSD's and optimization software.
  • Leadership Skills: Project leadership skills, ability to work in teams, and willingness to travel for training and projects.

Work Environment:

Office and warehouse environment, on-site and off-site work required.
