Service Optimization Expert Wanted

We're seeking a skilled Service Optimization Expert to join our team as a Deployment Technician. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in delivering outstanding customer experiences and driving business growth.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional service and support to customers during field visits or dispatches
  • Tying workflow to schedules to ensure seamless operations
  • Managing on-site installation, repair, maintenance, and testing tasks
  • Diagnosing technical problems and determining effective solutions
  • Producing timely and detailed service reports
  • Documenting processes and procedures
  • Operating vehicles safely and utilizing field automation systems
  • FOLLOWING ALL COMPANY PROCEDURES AND PROTOCOLS
  • Collaborating with technical teams and sharing knowledge across the organization
  • Understanding customer requirements and providing tailored recommendations
  • Building strong relationships with customers

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent in work experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in assembly and basic reading skills
  • Ability to troubleshoot, test, and repair technical equipment
  • Capacity to work accurately and thoroughly
  • Problem-solving skills and creative thinking
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts and adapt to changing schedules
  • Familiarity with mobile tools and applications

Responsibilities:

  • Install and repair HPS systems
  • Handle installation, troubleshooting, and commissioning of HPS trailer-mounted units
  • Respond to equipment breakdowns
  • Conduct on-site repairs
  • Perform preventative maintenance
  • Advise on equipment upgrades

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as an HPS Field Service Technician
  • In-depth knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic/pressure, and centrifugal pumps
  • Detailed knowledge of PLC and SCADA/HMI codes
  • Experience with calibration devices and field metering equipment
  • Advanced troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Salary Estimate: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
