Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior LCS Field Service professional to join our team at Sensia. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and service to our customers, ensuring the efficient operation of their equipment and systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Performing routine maintenance, repairs, and installations of customer equipment, including LV and MV drives, MCCs, and switchgear.
  • Providing technical support and training to customers and other service representatives on the use and operation of our products.
  • Conducting site audits and providing recommendations for improving equipment performance and efficiency.
  • Developing and implementing training courseware and providing training to customers and other service representatives.
  • Traveling to customer sites, both domestically and internationally, to provide technical support and service.
Requirements
  • Vocational education, military training, or transferable experience in electronics, electrical theory, or a similar discipline.
  • 5+ years of relevant mechanical, electrical, and/or power distribution service experience, with technical proficiency in electronic/electrical component theory.
  • Experience writing reports and presenting information to managers, clients, and customers.
  • The ability to interpret blueprints and other service documents, including various electrical drawings.
Preferred Skills
  • Voltage control experience.
  • SCADA experience.
  • Soft Starts experience.
  • MODBUS experience.
  • DC motors experience.
  • LV/MV (600V+) safety training.
  • Prior ESP and SRP VFD commissioning experience.
  • Experience with installing load cells, inclinometers, position sensors, high pressure sensors, and flow meters.
