Job Title: Wireless Customer Success Representative

At Godsell & Davis, we are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Wireless Customer Success Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales and customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert product and service information to customers, addressing their needs and preferences.
  • Develop and build relationships with new customers, understanding their wants and needs to provide tailored recommendations.
  • Answer and address customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner, escalating issues to the appropriate team member when necessary.
  • Overcome objections respectfully and professionally, ensuring complete customer satisfaction throughout the experience.
  • Receive customer feedback to relay to upper management, driving improvements to our products, services, and sign-up process.
  • Participate in daily meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on product knowledge, customer service best practices, and available promotions.
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of successful sales, customer service, cold-calling, or client relations experience.
  • Solution-oriented mindset with the ability to overturn objections and answer technical questions.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and verbal communication skills.
  • Independent and self-motivated, with the ability to work effectively in a team setting.
  • Strong time management, prioritization, and organization skills.
