Job Title: Enrollment Coordinator

At Amity Foundation, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Enrollment Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating paperwork, verifications, and other preparations for new admissions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct initial screenings to assess the suitability of admissions to Amity Foundation and Circle Tree Ranch.
  • Manage inquiry calls, insurance verification, payment collections, and scheduling of evaluations and admissions.
  • Access referral bases for other providers and utilize them as resources for referring prospective clients.
  • Maintain accurate monthly calendars of incoming students, both public and private pay.
  • Follow current policies and procedures for logging medications, moneys, and personal items upon student arrival.
  • Ensure a high standard of cleanliness and organization in the enrollment department and building.
  • Assist in treatment planning and assessing appropriateness for level of care.
  • Attend committees and meetings as needed.
  • Participate in community building activities, as appropriate to the position.
  • Travel locally and domestically as required.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED, and two years of relevant experience.
  • A valid AZ Driver's license.

  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when necessary.
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Physical and Mental Demands:

  • Frequent lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds.
  • Frequent sitting and/or standing for extended periods.
  • Frequent performance of physical work for extended periods.
  • Frequent reaching, walking, climbing, pulling, pushing, grasping, stretching, stooping, and using/lifting office equipment.
  • Frequent talking, hearing, seeing, and using repetitive motions.
  • Frequent use of audio listening/amplifying equipment.
  • Frequent ability to communicate verbally and in written form.
  • Frequent ability to use all types of vision to complete daily tasks.
