Job Title: Behavioral Health Front Office Coordinator

Casa de los Niños is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Behavioral Health Front Office Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Behavioral Health division, you will provide administrative support to program staff, facilitate incoming calls, and address member questions in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to program staff, including data management and reporting.
  • Facilitate all incoming calls and address member questions, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Submit and maintain reports in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Enroll Rapid Response and Walk-in members, ensuring seamless integration into our system.
  • Provide clerical support as assigned by all programs, including mail handling and faxing.
  • Direct all incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring timely and efficient processing.
  • Provide cross-coverage for other members of the membership team, including front desk, enrollment, eligibility, and medical records.
  • Quickly and accurately direct callers to the appropriate department or person, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Schedule member appointments according to practice protocols and obtain necessary information.
  • Accurately enter member information into the scheduling program.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma and four (4) years of full-time behavioral health work experience required.
  • Associate's Degree and two (2) years of full-time behavioral health or healthcare industry experience in an administrative role, preferred.
  • Proof of COVID immunization.
  • Current CPR/First Aid certification.
  • Ability to process and maintain confidential/sensitive information.
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills, excellent organizational, clerical, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
  • Ability to meet training and agency requirements for the position.

  • Ability to qualify for and maintain a valid Arizona Department of Public Safety level one fingerprint clearance card.
  • Valid Arizona driver's license and insurable under the agency's automobile policy.
