As a pivotal member of this team, you will be tasked with devising product strategies, developing roadmaps, and delivering solutions that resonate with customer needs and stand out in the competitive landscape. Your responsibilities will encompass managing affluent checking and savings products, driving growth, enhancing customer experiences, and addressing potential risks. This role will require conducting market research, fostering product innovation, ensuring regulatory compliance, and leading cross-functional teams to guarantee that our products deliver value to customers and meet performance objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Formulate strategies for consumer financial products, including checking, savings, and certificates of deposit, alongside customer-centric solutions and experiences.
  • Design and implement product management processes in collaboration with key stakeholders for specific customer segments.
  • Oversee product management and maintain a strategic focus on consumer checking and savings products and customer experiences.
  • Provide visionary leadership and expertise to guide innovative product development that meets customer demands.
  • Evaluate customer needs, market trends, regulatory landscapes, and risk management to generate insights that inform product design and strategy.
  • Develop and influence business plans, metrics, requirements, and implementation changes across various teams.
  • Clearly articulate product strategy and vision, define project scope, set measurable objectives, and guide the development and management of deposit products and solutions.
  • Engage and collaborate with leaders, stakeholders, partners, subject matter experts, project managers, and delivery teams across the organization.
Qualifications:

Required:
  • 7+ years of experience in Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, or agile product ownership, or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military experience, and education.
Preferred:
  • Experience in financial product management, particularly within the banking sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of banking products and services, especially checking, savings, and certificates of deposit.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with stakeholders and deliver impactful presentations to senior leadership, utilizing data to tell a compelling story.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and the capability to synthesize data for informed decision-making.
  • Experience in product or program management, including the development of roadmaps and strategies from ideation to market launch.
  • Experience in an Agile work environment.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving results.
  • Self-motivated with a high energy level, capable of working independently and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key partners.
